i bought a pcv valve yesterday to replace on my car (prolly the first time it's ever been done). but i'm wondering what's involved in this and what tools i may need? thx.

nice timing [img]smile.gif[/img] I just did this yesterday for the first time, you need a 10mm socket and some needlenose pliers. The valve is located just to the left of the 3800 Series II that is on the engine, its a small black cap-looking thing, just take off the 2 bolts, remove the spring under it, then use the pliers to take out the PCV valve. Its held in by an O-ring, becareful not to lose that if it comes out. just replace in opposite order, easy easy easy, took me 10-15 min, and that was with a hot engine(not recomended:-P) have fun.
