well im saving to replace the v6 with an lt1, so could a v8 alternator bolt up to our mounting brakets and work on our motor? would there be an advantage to this or would it work till i got an 8? cause i dont want to buy a new alternator and a used one is 50 plus core. if i do stay with a V6 one i might get a H.O. for my subs could you recomend any? how many amps are the 3.8 liters because thats what i got and would a 3.4 liter one work? thanks. -nick
