  • Install 160 or 180* Thermo?

Working on a 94 3.4 Camaro. When we were on the track I noticed the car takes awhile to cool down and runs pretty hot (Around the middle).

What do you guys run 180 or 160?

    Thanks,

    Zach

I have a 180* on my 96 3800. I wanted to go with the 160*, but didn't because I wanted a little more heat for driving during the winter months.

I have a 160* stat works great but winter gets a little iffy almost overcools that car, and it rarley gets under 40* here. Maybe 180* if you see snow in your area.
