Recently my car has been feeling like it pulls hard up to 3000 rpms then hits a wall at 3000 rpms and seems to struggle up to about 3200 rpms then after that it will pull hard again. Any ideas?

my 94 'bird does the same thing...i got it checked out and they had no idea what it was...they suggested that i just leave it alone becuase it would probally end up costing a lot to fix...and i really haven't looked into it too much more...i got a tune up on my car and the problem isn't as bad...sometime soon i will try to fix it again...i will let you know if i find out anything more about it if you don't first..:)\'93 and \'94 V6 black firebirds...<br />stock (for now) my 94 now has blackouts, bosch plugs, a jvc 3-d lcd screen headunit..soon to get a flowmaster, american thunder exhaust system...and some nice rims!!<p>check out my wrecked \'93 firebird..<p><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/birdmadgirl\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/id/birdmadgirl</a> -
What did you get done when you got your tuneup? i put in some bosch platinum plugs..changed the oil..and other fluids...and also got the throttle body cleaned...new air filter..\'93 and \'94 V6 black firebirds...<br />stock (for now) my 94 now has blackouts, bosch plugs, a jvc 3-d lcd screen headunit..soon to get a flowmaster, american thunder exhaust system...and some nice rims!!<p>check out my wrecked \'93 firebird..<p><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/birdmadgirl\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/id/birdmadgirl</a>Comment

hmm... that is wierd? Have you had your coil packs checked out? you can do it yourself with an ohmometer. Maybe you guys jsut need new fuel filters?

I replaced my cat probably at the most 10,000 miles ago. There is also an annoying rattle when I coast to a stop in neutral or with my foot on the clutch.
