  • Roughly $900..Need help with mods

    Hey All,
I have about $900 Bones to spend, and Im looking for some mod ideas. I have an 80 series Flowmaster 2.5" cat back, and all the free intake mods.
I was thinking maybe buy an ultra z hood or some torque thrust II rims. I know theirs performance mods that I havent even thought about and I wanted your help in brining them to my attention. I see that ThunderRacing is having a promotion, and I am just unsure what I should do for my next modification. I dont care if its cosmetic or performance I wanna hear what you all think.
    Thanks Shane

buy a quarter pound, sell it all in grams, and then you will have $2240! Do it again and you can buy a turbo kit!

Well I was thinking less indepth mods. Like wires, plugs, coils, the minor things. I think I could probably knock all those things out, then move on to the big ones(cam,TQ conv..ETC).
I just know that Im forgetting good mods, thats what Im counting on you people for.
This is my list so far:
          Plugs
          Wires
          Thermostat
          High Flow Cat
          K&N Filter
see thats all I can think of right now, For crying out loud I should have sold more drugs than I ingested. So as you can see their is alot off my list that I can do so please help
          Thanks Shane

Hey I just thought about something, What do you guys think about me installing a B&M Hammer shifter can it be adapted to the 4l60E?

do a K&n, a hi flow cat, and a converter (good for .5 off) and some tires. if not that go for headers and a good cat. your list will only cost you 300 bucks, so you could do that + a converter for 900. youve already got y87 so w/ those mods, you should be in mid/lo 14's.
