Panhard bar keeps your rear suspension straight. Not really that important, I'd upgrade my Lower control arms and get LCA relocation brackets before I'd touch the panhard bar. If your panhard bar gets bent (like mine [img]smile.gif[/img] ) then your rear alignment will be off.
