I have been hearing people from other car boards talk about grounding kits and I was wondering if anyone has done anything like this with a camaro or firebird. Does this do anything for us?

This is what I'm talking about:

i made one...but only because i broke the bolt it was originally grounded to...wire all the grounds you can find on your car together. block, chassis, header bolts, all to the negative terminal on your battery.

it doesn't really make any difference...it's just a more efficient/sufficient ground. i would say you would only *need* one if u had a power adder and an ignition system...or, if u were into sounds systems and you had a more powerful alternator to power the system, with caps and many power assessories.

it may improve throttle response, especially in the 99+ models with electronic throttle control.
