• Will these injectors fit?

    http://ebay1.ipixmedia.com/abc/M28/_...b9260a/i-1.JPG

A set of four Turbo Coupe 35# injectors out of a Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe 2.3 liter 4 cylinder

Will they plug and play no problems? The guy I bought my turbo from said he'd give me a set of four for free, as long as I find out they will work.

I'm pushing about 9 psi with just an FMU and I am maxing out my injectors pretty much around 5.2k and up

I understand the 99 and below V6's use a different injector pattern then the 2000+.

I think the wiring connector is slightly different on the 00-02. Spray pattern should be the same.

35# will idle very rich, if at all. That's over 60% bigger than stock. Even at part-throttle the pcm will not be able to trim out enough fuel for it to run right.

You will probably need pcm reprogramming to go that big on injectors.

They would be great for wot operation...

I think the max you can pull with a maft (or maft+) is 20%. I'll go look at mine and see... Be right back.

Ok, it says 20% rich, but it will go up to 35% lean. That's closing the gap quite a bit.

Another trick - you could run an LT1 maf sensor. The Impala sensor runs about 10% leaner, from the one I ran a couple of months ago. An f-body LT1 sensor is supposed to be even leaner. (I have one, but haven't installed it yet.) And an LS1 sensor is even leaner than that.
