Alright guys my car is finally giving me hell.. Oil pressure stays sorta high maybe a little over the first mark or so till it gets up to normal temps on the engine, then starts to drop.. then after running it for a little longer the oil pressure guage works with the gas, the more gas the hand goes up on the pressure guage well no big deal its susposed to do so. but then after a little longer the damn thing will drop into the red, car will stutter and lag.. check guages light comes on and some of the time it shuts off. NOT GOOD!! well what do you guys think about this.. I know it could be a oil sending unit.. Already purchased a new one.. (not driving it till I figure something out) and I seem to have a Temp problem too.. I constatly loose Coolant! dunno what color im susposed to add.. I was using green... but I have been loosing coolant gradually over the time. so im thinking about changeing the Water Pump also! well.
do you know if their is anything better than stock I can purchase like a aftermarket oil pump and water pump? what kinda gains I might get? etc..

also would it be a good idea to change the thermo? and with changeing the themostat to say a 160 or 180 or w/e is the best what kinda temps will the car stay at?
