The auto tensioner on the 3.4 is easy. The window can be a bit of a pain but the easiest way os to follow the direction on the website that I hope some one posts b/c I don't have it available. Parts, auto tensioner can be found either at a local parts store or a GM dealer. The window motor can be bought at any parts store. I have done both of these too many times to count. If you need advice, drop me an email.

I have a tensioner that I bought at advance auto for my 3.4 cuz the pulley was squeaking a lot when cold, and they pulley and bearing alone wasn't the right one, they couldn't even order it they said. But I pulled it off and just regreased the bearing and put it back together. I'm gonna hold on to the one I bought for 2 more weeks I think to make sure mine doesn't squeak again, but after that I'll prolly take it back to get my 45 bux back. Hope that helps on the tensioner question. It's really easy to get to the tensioner too, don't take it to the mechanic or you will need some vaseline.
