    does anyone make one for our cars?

    Its called a windage tray. We already have one i think, its part of the oil pan gasket. [img]smile.gif[/img]

        That guard is more of a splash guard than a crank scraper.

          so would it help any to design a crank scraper

            You would be better off knife-edging your crank. This will allow for the crank to travel through the oil faster and with less resistance. This will also cost a lot more, but is very beneficial.

              It will take oil off your crank and cause less rotational mass in motors...

              In some cars like 5.0s you can rig one up pretty cheap and gain like 10 hp.
