Is it running to rich or lean? Can you smell gas STRONGLY from the exaust? Any other problems, bogging, trouble at WOT, etc etc? What year Camaro? What motor?

sounds like vacuum to me. check all vacuum lines, be removing them one at a time and checking the seals.

i found the problem on my friends car and it was a kinked hard plastic hose, i brok it and put a new tube on the broken spot and it idles alot better. check your fuel filter and plugs those will be cheap. wires as a stock replacement ar $15 filter $10 or less and for regular plugs $12. but, yeah we need to know more about how it drives does it studder then or what or is it just strictly idle. i bet if you turn your AC on and turn your wheel at idle you engine will bog and die especially while its in gear.

chang the things above since these are maintenance anyway and get new o2 sensors.

o2 sensors sound like your problem. unplug your passenger side o2 sensor and see if your car idles a little better. i bet it will. i would replace your o2s if i were you

how many miles on your car, is it auto? Is it running to rich or lean? Can you smell gas STRONGLY from the exaust? Any other problems, bogging, trouble at WOT, etc etc? What year Camaro? What motor?

please answer all of the questions in the previous paragraph and it will help us help you. good luck

i would go to schucks or autozone and scan it anyway to see what things trouble codes it may have had before, you might be suprised at what things you have wrong with your car.

Now...find out why the spar plug went out on you, and you'll be set.

HAHAHAHAHA I know that feeling when you think your car is about to grenade. a few days ago I was *testing* my new suspension setup and all of a sudden the car would barely run and sounded like it would explode at any moment. at idle the car would shake really bad and if in gear even with my foot on the brake slightly it would jump forward. 20 minuets later I get it home and start looking and the #2 spark plug wire had come off the coil pack. talk about a sense of relief

I've had the same thing twice, and both times one of the plug wires was being fried by the engine.
