  • Removing wiper motor from the wiper arms.

Alright, I removed the wiper arms and everything. The only thing left is two little yellow balls that are still conncected, preventing me taking the motor out. How do I get the motor disconnected from these?

Stick a screwdriver between the rods and the motor, then twist to pry them off.

And remember to grease them and 'pop' them back on properly when putting them back. Otherwise you'll end up like I did, and having to remove everything again !!.....

I pulled as hard as I can, and then used a battery post puller to get it out, and it wouldn't budge at all; how'd you do it?

I know something as simple as this, and it creates such a problem. It created a lot of problems, I got the pass. side off without a problem, but the drivers side was a pain. I sprayed it with WD-40, Lifted the arms, so they did not rest on the windshield, and tried to twist them and they popped off.

Hmmm I didn't think of lifting the arms up and twisting; I'll be sure to try that next time I get a chance to work on the wipers.

Yah it might work. Thats the only way I got it off. Some WD-40 might help too.
