  • Could I possibly have a speed limiter still?

I was coming back to school today and decided to open my car up since nobody was on the road. I noticed something funny, I pulled pretty fast up to 110 but when I hit 110mph the speedometer just stopped like it ran out of room to go and the car still felt like it was pulling.
The speedo goes to 115mph so I don't know why it stopped there, plus I have computer work from fastchip which is supposed to remove the limter so did my speedometer just freak out or what? I can't come up with a reason for this.

The programming from Fastchips may be set up to tell the computer that any values above 110mph are not accepted or that once your speed is at 110mph, the value stays the same. That way, you will still get power to the fuel system allowing you to continue acceleration.
