  • Instructions on doing a fan switch for a 3.4 Camaro/Firebird

I figured I would share this with other 3.4L camaro/firebird owners.

First you have to locate and remove the cooling fan relay in the fuse box under the hood. After that all you gotta do is run a wire from a switch into slot A of your cooling fan relay (just as a safety measure put a 10 amp fuse somewhere between the relay and the switch) and take another wire and run it from a ground to the switch. Finally put the relay back into place. The fans should come one when the switch is in the on position.

Nope. I did it like 6 months ago and still no problems.
