When i'm driving around a slight turn, and i move the wheel left/right..just a bit, there is this terrible vibration/shaking right under my feet. When i hold the wheel straight it doesnt happen, but as soon as it goes a lil left or a lil right it feels like the wheels are going to fall off

Has anyone experienced this? I think it may be my wheel bearings or maybe unbalanced??

If anyone knows what the hell is wrong, please let me know. Oh and how big of a problem is this? cause right now thats my only ride :(

I have the same thing happen to me when I turn the wheel slightly right. Maybe the tie rod ends are bad??

The work is not too terribly difficult if you wanna do it yourself, but the bearings are around $100/each. It could also be the tie rods or unbalanced tires as mentioned above.

i figured....i dont really have the convience of a lift or a warm garage so the mec will have to do it. Is it dangerouse to keep driving with that terrible noise?

ok..i have discovered some symptoms as why my car is making noises! (sorry if long)

I noticed accessive wheel wear on the inside of both tires(tires would not stand on its own)

while the front left wheel was off, (still on the jack) i heard a clunking right near the steering boot as i turned the wheel back and forth. I then noticed that the noise was coming from the right side(right tire still on)

when i took the right tire off, there was no more noise when i turned the wheel? I did however locate the leaking steering boot. I also discovered that when i turned the wheel by hand(tire still off) i heard some clanking coming out of another boot that was directly attached to the wheel? (bearing maybe?)

I believe this is what is giving me the noise when driving.

I also just described the noise to a random mechanic and he said it was the axle??

If anyone understands my symptoms that i just found, please let me know...do I need an alignment to fix my uneven wear on my tires or is this caused by the noise?

thanks alot guys, sorry it was soooo long!
