  • Installed a 160* thermo

I must say I'm quite impressed. I also cleaned out my throttle body at the same time so I can't say it was just the thermostat that helped out. The increased throttle response was great for passing and it stayed nice and cool even in light to light city driving.

My only question is how far off will my temp guage be now?

It's not off at all. It will read around 160 now while cruising because the engine is running that cool. Expect your temps to rise back high while idling in traffic ... make a fan switch!
