i want to change my thermostat to either a 160 or a 180 degree's. Im gonna be running nitrous so will a 160 be more suitable for my engine? im located in NY and most of the summer its pretty hot, usually around 80. I was also wondering if a lt-1 or ls-1 thermostat is the same thing for our cars and will it work??

160's SUCK, it takes my car about 20 minutes of driving to get some heat, and with it only being 80 degrees, your engine will stay really cool already.
go with the 180
