  • Fuel Tank problems

Whenever I pull up to a stop and sit for more than a few minutes, my fuel gauge will very slowly drop about 1/4 of a tank. (or down to empty if I have less than 1/4 of a tank left)

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

yeah... it's a problem with the sending unit in the tank, there is a delay on it to keep it from fluctuating like that, but when that delay wears out, it will do that... hope this helps

Thanks, I also get some strange clunking / knocking noises coming from the tank. Have you every experienced this?
