what do you mean by "blowing it"? Is it coming out of it's threads, or does it burn out?

Is your car throwing any codes?

I think if the car is running real rich it can wreck the sensors after while. Are you using any sort of sealant when putting the sensors in? I know the fumes from some RTV sealants when they cure can wreck the sensors also.
