I had my car on a lift about a week ago and noticed some oil on my oil pan tranny pan. It looks like the rear main seal is leaking. Is this one of those things you fix when you rebuild your engine or can I fix it with out pullin the motor out? It's not very bad, I just don't like the fact that my car leaks a bit. Otherwise it's still going strong with 134k miles on it.

According to the shop manual, it can be serviced on with the engine still in the car. It looks like a PITA though.- Josh<br />If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com<br /><a href=\"http://Camaroz28.cardomain.com/id/viper98885\" target=\"_blank\">\'93 Camaro Hardtop</a><br /><a href=\"http://Camaroz28.cardomain.com/id/01lincolnls8\" target=\"_blank\">\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport</a><br />\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6<br /><a href=\"http://www.ftpp.net\" target=\"_blank\">Full Throttle Performance</a>
