I don't know if it's the same for a 95 but I have some info for a 2000. On a 2000 camaro the heavy gauge wires are as follows:
• Red= 12 volts
Pink= Ignition
Orange= Accessory
Yellow= Starter

Now for the tach on a 2000 camaro. Look under the hood on the passenger side. Your pcm has two big plugs right? Well the tach wire is on the top plug towards the right. It is a white wire and it is on pin 54. You should see 54 right above where the wire goes into the pcm.

This info is for a 2000 Camaro so I don't if it's the same for a 95.
