• Quick Question for ya all...

Hey guys, im new here, and for my first post I already have a question for all of you.

Heres the issue, when I turn off my wiper blades, they go through one more cycle, and than stop in the dead smack center of the windsheild rather than resetting at the bottom. They work fine, and cannot be off track seeing as they dont overshoot the window or anything like that. Anyone have any ideas? Is there some type of relay? Even a guess would help me out because I honestly dont know where to start looking. Thanks for any help.

By the way, Ive got a 97 W68..

I believe it was around 150 dollars canadian to get everything fixed. It was awhile ago so I could be wrong. Actually since im bored at work I'll call my dealership right now, they should have it on record. I can give you a exact amount in a few minutes.

whoa, thats a lot of money for a crappy little circuit that makes your wipers stop at the correct position. So you had this same exact problem huh? You think this is a part I could possibly pick up at Advanced auto or something? Thanks for all the help man...

112.00 was the part and the labour included. I'm positive you won't be able to find the part anywhere else.

actually go down to AutoZone and pick up some rain-x for like 4 or 5 dollars (I tried that winshield wax works good) then take your windshield wipers off. :D
glad I could help
