I agree best bang for your buck is the giggle juice, but beware one sniff can be very addicting, then your car will be banging for bucks.

man, for the styling and the power, i'd go with a qtec electric cutout on the y-pipe. only thing, it won't pass inspection so this might not be an option. the cutout is super loud so the electric opener/closer is bad *** because you only hit a button and it's instant quietness...

second is a 160' thermostat, i haven't had any problems with mine, works bad ***.

third is intake, get a hammer or wrench and smash all those fins off the inside of your lid, an piece of 3" pvc pipe to run from the lid to the TB. Then, get a wizard and remove the bottom part of your airbox, take the wizard and cut out the bottom inside plastic so that the cross section and the sides are gone and when it sits back where it came from you can see the shroud. now cut 1-2" down toward the ground from that slit in the shroud and go across, joining the slits together and making a hole in the shroud.

after that, if you want to, you can get some sort of flat plastic or metal object to slide in over the a/c condenser. this makes a huge difference, have you ever stuck your hand out the window of a car going 70? that much air just about supercharges your ride at high speeds and the power just keeps multiplying. all this should cost $0

If its an automatic, the BIGGEST drag racing mod you can do is a high stall torque converter...I cant believe nobody has mentioned it! It will drop your times by at LEAST 3 tenths, with tires, as much as 7 tenths.

Anybody wanna think about gearing? The 3.42s will give you a big gain in the quarter mile over the 3.08s...

                              :D

A catalytic converter is just part of your exhaust system... you'll notice no difference in your quarter mile time by changing out your cat.

Replacing the entire exhaust system (including intake) would be a good way to start, yet it is pricier than some other mods that would get you going faster.

What do you think would be cheaper? I got a flowmaster catback exhaust. I wanna get a cat converter too but i am not sure what to get a single O2 Boss or a Dual?
