Ok, I'll take a shot.
I'll assume you've done nothing but change the oil and that you drive the car moderately hard like most of us. :D
I'd:
Change the oil and filter
Clean and re-oil the K&N
Replace the fuel filter
Replace the PCV valve
Check the serpentine belt for wear
Change the diff oil
Drain and flush the cooling system
Replace the spark plugs
Inspect the spark plug wires
Flush and fill the transmission
Rotate the tires
Inspect the brake system and replace pads if necessary
Im sure there are more things you could check, but this is what I just did at 40,000 miles, myself.

Some GM Top Engine Cleaner will help too. You can get it at the GM dealership. It will help to clear out any carbon deposits that have built up in your intakes, heads and on the top of your pistons. I have used it on our Vette and my 3.4L and it really helps an engine come alive.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance
