Ok, so I tripped P1441 for the third time today. It goes about a week or two between setting the SES. I have replaced my fuel cap and my fuel filter.
For the love of cheeseburgers, can anyone give me a clue to exactly what the hell is going on>!?!?
TIA

1. it always trips within 30 seconds of the car starting.
2. I smell no gasoline and none is dripping onto the ground.

Check the connections near the test port on the fuel rail. I damaged mine when I installed the FPSS for my nitrous kit and it was throwing that code constantly.
Probably not it, but something to look at I guess.

You dont want to know....
GO to my site, and look under Firebird, then SES Code 1441.
If your car is under 7 yrs, 70k on the milage...your still covered under the factory warr. for the emissions.
Just for a FYI: I had the firebird in there for this EXACT CODE 7 TIMES.
I have the paperwork there that I was given by the dealer there to show all thw work that was done as well.
It's an emissions code....so you should be OK if your under 7/70.
Talk to your dealer about it.
Hope that helps.
Links are in the sigs.

Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
