So lately, whenever I shift, sometimes when I push the clutch in, the rpms, instead of dropping, stay where they are during the shift. It only does it occasionally in some gears, but seems to do it all the time when I shift into 3rd. What would cause this? It's really starting to annoy me

Mine does that too.
