• Another HELP question.

How difficult is it to replace a oil pan gasket? What process should I have to get through to accomplish this feat.

another AF puke hu?

Usually you put the car on stands, get a jack & wood block on the crank pulley & raise motor enogh to clear crossmember & caps. Unbolt, remove pan & gasket & replace. Haven't seen a Haynes.Chilton book for those new fangled rides, but should be relatively the same.

yeah it's more time consuming than tough really
you are essentially gonna unbolt the motor from the mounts, raise the motor enough to get the pan off replace the gasket put the pan back on then lower the motor and bolt it back to the motor mounts on the cross member.. like I said not necessarily hard but time consuming..
