hey, im doin some adjustments to my ripper this weekend, and i need to top off the fluid, any idea what kind to use? also, if i have the ripper off, can i fill the tranny through the spot where the shifter goes? lmk!

The owner's manual calls for Dexron III Automatic tranny fluid, about 3.5 quarts I believe. And yes you can fill it through the shifter hole.Old Car = 12.679 @ 106.5 on 150 dry shot.
