where can i gte my car tuned. i have a 98 a4. hypertech doesnt make anything. what would be the best gain for the money. and how much hp am i looking at gaining.

Look at getting DHP or HPtuners. Im sure even without any mods you should see around a 12rwhp increase with the right adjustments. I think DHP will set you back around $400 and HPtuners $500. You could also send in your PCM for a mail-tune to TSP, Its cheaper.

if i send my pcm i cant drive my car right? also how long will it take and what is there website?

Or pick up a used pcm from a junkyard, I'd recommend getting a tuner though.
