I have a 96 camaro. Can texas speed tune my computer when i get my new gears? I know hptuners has to be a 97 computer but can texas speed tune my 96?

Ok so i gotta get a 97 pcm. Isnt that a direct bolt on? Will: It is a direct bolt-on PCM, no wiring changes. A full mail order tune is $275, which includes shipping it back to you overnight!
