Anyone with an ODB II scanner near me?

I swear to god I REFUSE to pay $40-$75 dollars to get this code scanned.

It keeps coming back and it wont reset unless I disconnect the battery overnight.

It's a solid SES. Everything SEEMS to be running alright so I'm guessing its an emissions code or something.
