Mfg. of this device claims it was submitted and approved
by EPA but I emailed them and this is the reply I got:
A number of years ago the principals of the Tornado device submitted an
application for an EPA evaluation of their device, but they did not have
acceptable data. They failed to respond to EPA's request to have the
product tested using EPA test protocols to generate reliable data.
EPA has not tested this product, so there is no report to be found on
our web site.

I bought one of these units in 1995 when I lived in
S. California and the guy was working in a small
place off the 5 Freeway in N. Orange County.
I bought one for the 3.0 liter Nissan Maxima I
owned at the time. My mileage went down by
2 mpg. after 600 miles. Don't waste your $$$$
