Don't spend $200 on a car cover. Just get the cheap ones that are like $30 at Pep Boys. It works fine.

I agree with sean37 and Akuma. Go to Pep Boys or Wallmart and get yourself a Car Cover from them, then get a CAI. I only spent $20.00 for my carcover at Wallmart, and it fits great! I think it was Budge brand, size #3. Then, get yerself a KickButt (not the brandname, just a phrase) CAI...yeehaaa!

Car cover as a mod? I don't think so. On the other hand, maybe I can say I've got anohter mod too.

                          Anyway,
I strongly recommend you NOT get one of those cheap Walmart covers if you are going to be in any intense sunlight for long periods of time (like here in South Florida). The sunlight breaks down the cheap covers quickly and the residue they leave behind can ruin your finish.

I have a custom-fit cover and love it. However, if I did not have to deal with the sun and sprawling banyan trees all the time, I'd spend the money on something else.

Yes, I think a CAI or Whisperlid (whatever is appropriate for your year car) is the best first choice.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

Thanks guys.I already have a whisper lid. Also I would worry about a cheap car cover scratching.I think that a car cover is a mod.Anything that you do to protect or advance your car is a mod to me.
