Water problems.

I went thru a big *** puddle today. Car went crazy. When i would stop the Check guages light would come on and the battery would drop. when i tapped the gas it would shoot up to normal. Weird.

So i turn around and head home, ABS INOP light comes one and and when i stop power steering goes out. Figured something got wet.

leave the car sit for a few hours. Crank it over and every is fine. Except now there is a squeeking from the engine bay. I guess it is a belt.

Should this go away by tomorrow?

yeah-- belts do that when they get wet or greasy. i got a ton of Deep Creep on my belt from doing some cleaning and it squeeked for like a month.

its like a steady chirp.

I am going to get belt dressing to see if that will fix.
