I am thinking about about getting an Auto Tap soon but don't know which one I should get, should I get the generic software or the enhanced which is about 90 dollar difference.
I don't know a whole lot about cars and don't want to buy the enhanced software if it is too hard to understand. I just want something so I can see if there is anything wrong with my car.
If you just want to pull trouble codes...and see things like IAT temp...rpms speed....all the sensors in the car just get OBD-2
obd-2.com .....only 120$...I got it and it works great the guy is really nice...couldnt get it working at first, he responded to my e-mails very quickly.....I love it
I bought the autotap generic ofr my 96 and I lnoy get 7 codes the auto tap help line tells me this is normal but I do nto beleave them. if I had it to do over again I would deffiantly spend the extra 90 bucks and get the advanced setup.
