i have this strange noise coming from my engine it sounds straight up like a supercharger spooling up it is loud enough you can hear it while racing and not just in my car you can hear it in other cars and far outside of the car it sounds like its coming from my altanator but my altanator is fine charging normal and checks out fine but anyways it sounds cool lol everyonethinks im supercharged and it does add a mean affect underfull throttle it doesnt sound like a normal engine

sounds like you're pulley just needs some lube...but I'd check the alternator output with a voltage meter to make sure it's alright. Turn EVERYTHING on...headlights, A/C, radio and check for 13-14 volts at the battery. If it checks good, squirt the heck out of the pulley bearing with WD-40 while it's running.
