How do you get these bulbs out of the little black things that hold them?

Take dash apart and remove the panel. The little black things twist off revealing the bulb.

Sorry guys, I realize I was a little vague when I described my problem.

I got the bulbs out of the hole they go in to illuminate the panel, but I'm having trouble getting them out of their black holder. The parts department at the dealer tried telling me that it is a $20 part, but I'm sure it's not the same thing. Does anyone know the bulb number, by chance?

The twist-off thing with the bulb part # is 25089349
I tried to pull the bulb out, but it seems to be permanent. Almost like the bulb will shatter if I apply more pressure.
          Anyway, it's about $7.00 per-part.

Thanks guys, I took a pair of pliers to it, and the bulb came out very easily. I got 2 new ones at Advance, came to about $1.50. Looks great now.
