I have stumble or hestitation with my car if i sit and rev. it between 2k to 3k and when i take off in 1st gear it starts to hestitate between the same rpms. i can also accelerate through the hestitation. i have been getting random misfires about once a day for the past few weeks and will clear them but they come back. its been about 4 days since i've thrown a ses light. but it is still hestitating. thanks for your help.
also my timing is about 11 to 13 degrees when i sart it up and it goes down to 3 to 5 degrees when it warms up.

almost forgot, im getting a loud poping sound coming from the exhaust randomly when at idle and when driving i can hear the exhaust making the poping noise.

can anyone suggest anything, i've changed plugs,wires,colis,tps,iac,check the cat, maf,map,also the vac lines. i think it might be the crank sensor or maybe fuel regulator. thanks for any help.

Just a thought, but it could be a cylinder misfire. I've had the same problem more than once, and I could hear the misfire from the exhaust tips.

Dude when it throws the code go to autozone, (if you have them there) and have it run its free, Mine was misfiring and it turned out to be a bad plug, but it sounded exactly like your description. When they ran the code, they were able to tell me exactly which cylinder was misfiring.
he already said he changed the plugs, wires, coils,.... but that is exactly what i was thinking till i read that.
how about the injectors, have you checked them?
6s.......under the hood or under the belt, they just dont cut it.
have you checked the fuel pressure? mabey somthing as simple as a fuel filter? I did not see that in your list.

Scrap what I said dude, it's not a misfire. Run some fuel system cleaner through a tank of premium (I know, I know. . .gas is high). If that doesn't work then watch for a code or 3 to come up.

i ran some fuel injector cleaner through the car and i even put some new taylor wires on, but it is still throwing random misfire codes.Here are some numbers i'm getting off the computer:
load 2, ect 178, shrt ft1 -2, long ft1 -6, shrt ft2 -15, long ft2 -16, map 12, rpm 805, spark adv. -4.5, iat 91, maf .603, O2 shrtft11 .86 (0) , O2 shrtft12 .09, O2 shrt13 .04, O2 shrtft21 .94 (-15)also vac is at 16 and fuel pressure is at 44 psi at idle.
