ok..i either have bad fuel injectors or a bad fuel pump..
here is what it does on cold starts... or even after the car was sitting for about 30 min after driving..
i turn the key...and it wont fire.. i have to hold the key for a good 5 seconds before it actually turns over. then, it will turn over and stall.
then after that it starts right back up.
could that mean fuel pump?

Have you done a fuel pressure test? If so, did you leave the guage on and let it sit for awhile to overnight to see if it holds pressure?
A fuel pressure test when keyed on, then testing running should tell you all about your fuel pump. Leaving it on after the engine is shut off will tell you about pressure leaks. Then start troubleshotting from there.
Also, I noticed in your other post you said you just changed your fuel filter, not questioning your abilities, but it isn't backwards is it? They will fit either way. ------> flow towards the front.
naw its on right. cause when i changed my fuel filter after that it worked fine... these problems didnt start happening till about 2 weeks ago.. and they are getting worse as the days go by

A fuel filter installed backwards will still transfer fuel. But it will filter the impurities backwards and reduce flow rather quickly. It would run fine for awhile, but if there is junk in the tank it won't take long to restrict it.
