So I just replaced the passenger side window motor and it works great. An hour later my Driver's side window started acting funny (goes up a little, pause, wait a second, push button, it goes up a little more.) It goes down fine, but when i tried to roll up both windows simultaneously there was an obvious "power shortage" problem. I now the drivers motor is not bad, but have no idea why there would be this problem, if anyone has experienced something similar or knows what is going on please respond. Thanks

My window motor was doing the same thing. It would start going up reeeal slow, the stop, then go slow again a minute later. The motor needs replacing!

You might want to try lubricating the track. The reason it goes a little bit and then stops is because there is an overheating safety switch on the motor.

Ok, so I figured there was a problem with insufficient power, so i checked the fuse box. There was a 30 - 12v silver box looking fuse. I pulled it and put it back in after inspecting it. I don't know if it reset something or other, but both windows are now functioning. Too soon to say wether or not it was coincidence, but 2 days and lots of "testing" and it seems fine. Worked immediately after this so i think it definately reset something. Sorry to answer my own question, but to those who have the same problem, try that, maybe it will help.
