I just recharged the cavvys and the porsche and you just connect it, turn the engine on and A/C full blast full cold and let her go :DBlack 96 Z/28, A4, T-tops, tint, 2.73 LSD, Kenwood.

Previous Camaro: Bright white 86 Camaro, MPI 2.8 A4 3.42, tint, Z-28 wheels, a few goodies.

Too late now, and not anything critical. But since they are so cheap, I usually reccomend installing a new oriffice tube. (filter for the A/C system)
And I also like to use at least one small can of refridgerant WITH oil in it. Just to make sure everything stays lubricated.
Good deal you got it back though.15.41 @ 89.80 & 15.45 @ 91.64, 2.21 60ft, 3,440 raceweight, using OEM Equipment.
\'98 L67/M49 w/ 134,000 miles before spun bearing. \"It\'s all stock, Baby!\"

They are normally sold along side cans of refridgerant, and its probably a common purchase but oil in not always contained in each can. The can with only refridgerant will cost less than the can with refridgerant and oil in it.15.41 @ 89.80 & 15.45 @ 91.64, 2.21 60ft, 3,440 raceweight, using OEM Equipment.
\'98 L67/M49 w/ 134,000 miles before spun bearing. \"It\'s all stock, Baby!\"

you were supposed to put a vacuum on the system to get all the air out before you put and refridgerant in, and then you can start filling it without it on so that you don't have a compressor running with nothing in it and it overheats and tiny fragments of metal get circulated through the system eventually ruining the compressor and then you'll have to buy a new or reman one and flush all the lines and buy a new expansion valve. But that's just a worst case scenario. What you have done will be fine, except it probably won't be cold next summer anymore with the air in the system.1995 Firebird 3.4L
My Site
