From what I heard, copper is better performer, platinum lasts longer. But I doubt that copper really performs any better than platinum. Rapidfires are supposed to be very good plugs.
I posted a questions about plug widths a few weeks ago when mine were changed. I thought at first that the 7mm were slower than my 8mm Taylors, but it was just all in my head. Supposedly the only difference is insulation in the wires, not the actual wires themselves or something. http://www.camarov6.com/cgi-bin/ulti...c&f=1&t=010843
oh yeah, and the copper plugs are better conductors, platinum are longer lasters, and supposedly iridium is the best of both worlds

I tried replacing cylinder #4's plug on my own last night (passenger side middle)...how in the name of do you get to that plug?

I got under the car, put the spark plug socket over the spark plug, and used a wrench to turn the socket which has the hexagon on the end of it.
tip
I use a 3/8" piece of rubber hose about 6" long to slip on the end of the spark plugs to either take them out once they are loose, or install them correctly in the threads without stripping them. The hose acts as a little extension of your hand for tight places ;)
wow it's been a long time since i posted... me and "The Sandman" changed my plugs last night and it was a task... altough it wasnt as hard as most people make it out to be... i used bosch plat 2... they seem to work real well, i didn't get plug wires yet but i will be geting the MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor Spark Plug Wires today. through past experiences i have learned that they work very well
i can manage to change my spark plugs in well under 30 min now..
my secret.... 3/8 swivel spark plug socket.
for drivers side, i use an ordinary 3/8 spark plug socket.. from the top of the car..
drivers side.. i get under.. get my swivel socket out, and do it all from underneath.. no extensions needed
