I have 1 last code on my car. It's 1652 Fan #2 Relay I beleive. I replaced the relay. All fan connections look good. I don't know what it is. Explain the fan deal again to me. Is 1 Fan running with the car all the time? And then 2 come on once it hits what your thermo is correct? I don't think any fans are running when the car is on.

No, the fans work in unison, and they have 2 speeds, low and high. With the A/C OFF, the fans come on low around 210 and high around 225-235.
When you turn on your A/C, the fans will always come on low speed when your doing under 40 MPH. Above 40 MPH and with a safe engine temp, they turn off. With A/C on, under 40 MPH, and temp above 210 fans kick on high.
If you have a manual fan switch, and it is installed properly, then if the fans are manually turned on when you start the car it will throw 1652. It will also throw 1652 if the fans are manually turned on and the PCM tries to turn them off (ie: Having fans and A/C on, then slowing down to <40MPH)~Derrick My Webpage
\'96 3.8L V6 M5 Firebird Y87 | 162.8 RWHP / 196.7 RWTQ
• SLP CAI • Y87 Package - 3.23s • 180º thermo w/ fan switch • TB spacer from DEE
1991 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4x4
