  • Tranny fluid

I was told by the dealer that i don't ever need to change my tranny fluid on my 2002 stick Camaro. I would have to assume that is because it is a closed circut system and it only needs to be replaced every time the clutch is, please correct me if my information is wrong.
2002 M5 camaro- VTR CAI, custom cat-back exhaust, battery compacitor, pullie, lowering springs, 32mm sway bar, cross-drilled slotted rotars. 1-10\" L7 in cubby.

What does your owners manual say?
There must be a fluid change interval for anything mechanical with gears and rotating assemblies.

Your dealer is just that, a dealer. Talk to your GM Service Dept guy and ask his opinion.
