Strange thing with mine, it leaked (maybe a drop or two every week) years ago, but then it just stopped It hasn't leaked in over 1 1/2 years now. I've had the car on a few road trips, parked it afterwards and nothing was on the ground.

Yes...there is still plenty of oil in the engine.

leaks some at 118K but I had a major leak at the oil sensor after I put my headers on(stupid me putting things on wrong) so that kinda covered up the leak from the rear main lol

was leaking bad, have all seals replaced, except valve covers, now leaks from there just little bit, enough to make an engine dirty

My '00 doesn't do it yet, but the miles are pretty low at 47k.

I am running 0W-30 synthetic, so if it were gonna leak, this would be the right stuff to do it with...

When I get my clutch and throwout bearing done this winter, I assume it would be smart to get the garage to install another one? or should I leave well enough alone.

I am a '00 @52k, mine looked fine i figure "don't fix unless broke" especially if you do a search you can see alot of peopel fix it and still have issues.

                3.TOB

My RMS was fine when we did the clutch this morning. Not going to mess with it, returned the stack of gaskets back to the dealer and got my $100 back.

Rear main seal OK, but leaking driver side valve cover.

Mine was leaking, and I had it fixed when the clutch was replaced on my first transmission.
