Hi, Just returned from a trip to Guadalajara (busines) and the car beggan to get hot, so stoped to get lunch and noticed a lot of watter under the car, filled again the radiator and finish the trip home and when it cooled found out the hose to the coolant reservoir was broken exactly wheare it enters the plastic bottle.
I've cancelled the hose just to stop the watter from spillng, can I let the hose just cancelled?
(please excuse the spelling)
know when to go wot, and when to just enjoy the ride
instead of coolant overflowing into the bottle, it'll overflow from the radiator cap. if there is slack in the hose, cut the broken hose off and put it back on, and if the nipple on the bottle is cracked, get a new one, cheap stuff, dont let it go or it will get expensive.
