• I need part number for Camaro AC control knob

While on the way to the gym this morning, I discovered I'm a beast and don't know my own strength. Either that or that plastic the AC fan speed knob is made of isn't that strong .

Either way, I need the part number for it so I can get a new one. I just put about a tube of krazy glue on it to hold it until I can get a new one, but that's not exactly what I'd consider a permant fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    oh yeah, car's a 2002 Camaro

My dial on the far right and the middle one both broke and I had to get a new one last year, searched on ebay and picked up a like-new unit with all three dials on it. It was really cheap and the old one pops off and new one back on. Just hook up the connects to the three switches back up and you're golden. Took me 10 minutes.

Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for. How'd you find that number? I couldn't find it anywhere on the site. I'm only asking for future reference incase there's some search on gmpartsdirect other than the part# one that I'm unaware of.

I have the latest Camaro/Firebird parts manuals. They have exploded diagrams of every single little part with corresponding part numbers attached.

Yeah, the manuals on that site are a little older, so if you run across any parts that have been discontinued or the number changed let me know. Most of the time I can help there.
