window off track after new motor install

  • window off track after new motor install

    im just got done putting the new motor in and i went to roll it up to test it and the whole thing just went off track it will roll up but is way off what can i do to fix this prob

    Sounds like either the roller is out of the track or the roller itself has popped off. Can you slide the window back and forth?
