The only thing I could think of is to check the aftermarket to see if there is a digital gauge you could use that reads directly from the PCM.Previous F-bodies
1.1980Z A3
2.1991Z A4 5.0
3.1994 coupe M5
4.1993 TA A4
5.1998 coupe A4
Currently restoring a 1980Z
and looking to pick up a 1998-2002 M5

Does the temp guage read directly from the sensor or does it get its info from the PCM? Maybe a better, more accurate sensor is needed.2002 Silver Firebird A4
T-Tops, Leather, Y87, W68, Chrome Wheels
Bone Stock
